  • I dunno if I wasn't patient enough or didn't want it enough but I will take the loss this time. This training block was really weird because I set some awesome rep PR's but the heavy singles I took felt REALLY heavy.

  • Top single of the program. Would have liked a PR but it wasn't meant to be this time. Hopefully I don't get the flu and lose a bunch of weight during my next block . Pretty excited to start benching my face off next week.

  • 2.5kg off my PR. I've run the Candito 6 week program a few times now and it always feels like my squat and deadlift progress so much better on it than my bench. Regardless, I will probably PR all three lifts this cycle.
