  • Currently weighing around 170-172 nearing the end of my bulk and all I can say is man I’ve made some serious gains ! Can’t wait to cut down and see what I’ve built these past 5 months ! - (Yes I’m in my kitchen yes the pantry is open and yes those dishes are clean but the lighting was good and I couldn’t pass this shot up lol)

  • Left picture taken about a year and a half ago when I was about half a year into lifting after I had lost most of my weight but I was obsessed with being lean and ate nothing but chicken and broccoli and brown rice and all the other bro food and it was really torturous and not to mention always eating at a deficit for over a year and focusing on cardio and neglecting the compound movements... and now to your right... is a picture taken yesterday! For about half a year now I’ve been really focusing on heavy ass compound lifts and eating ALOT of food! now out with the old goal of “I wanna have abs” and in with “I will be the strongest I possibly can “ strength and size and compete in a PL meet is my new obsession and I will achieve all my goals!! #proudbutneversatisfied
