  • PHASE ONE RESULTS ARE IN! This is a early #transformationtuesday but I was too excited to share these!! Down 5 pounds AND 4 inches! Gained: more muscle, visible obliques/abs, and my confidence back!‍️ For phase one I followed the program, timed nutrition plan, and added 3 days of extra cardio(bc this girl enjoys it and my body needs it!) If you’ve been watching my insta-stories you know I’ve been talking about how much I LOVE this program. It’s like nothing I’ve done before and it’s seriously amazing! __________________________________________ Only a few more days to register for my obsessedaf group! We start NEXT Monday.   • Sleep insomnia has been REAL the past week. The only silver lining is that I’ve been getting up, to the gym at 5am every morning, and getting work done! AND!! Cheers to a few days of the phase one!   • Got to the beach this morning for a nice long walk and to get some sun! ️ After getting home I REALLY wanted to skip my workout...but with some pre workout and motivation, I got my booty up and got my workout in.✨ Monday will mark the last week of Phase One! Can’t wait to show off my results and start phase two.✌️ #obsessedaf

  • Sometimes I forget that I live in Florida. Im fortunate enough to work downtown which is right by the water so sometimes on my lunch breaks I go to the marina for a walk and take in the fresh air and gorgeous scenery. #floridalife

  • Let’s talk about failure. That’s a big word right? Most people avoid using it, I used to be one of them. I was watching a super inspiring video @willsmith posted the other day talking about failing and it inspired me to make this post. You see, you WANT to fail because failing means progress and means you are closer to achieving your goals. If you fail, you won’t be afraid to try again and continue to reach for your dreams. Failure will show you what you TRULY want and how badly you want it, how much you’re willing to work for it. Lastly, failure making us STRONGER. So, if you have dreams and goals...keep failing and keep going after them! ✌️✨
