  • So today was very odd for me.... I felt usual and not myself and come to the conclusion that I was high on my... Antibiotic ! That shit is strong !! 🤪 I thought it wasn’t safe for me to go to the gym so I missed leg day because I want to make sure that I am safe and comfortable so that I’m not putting myself at risk and in damager. It not an excuse of laziness because I really wanted to go but I had to think of my health and I listen to my body and part of me wanted to go but I listen to that quiet voice telling me not to go because I’m fucked from the antibiotic !   • That after #pump after a workout where I want to be in a month lol even when staying in a hotel I try to get a good workout in. Been doing a lot of high reps with 2-3 sets of heavy weight. Trying to get ready for the summer but it’s a little tough with my knee still hurting. I usually do full body movements but because I’m not suppose to be lifting in the first place I’ve been doing a lot of sitting exercises now. I forgot how the simple exercises can still target that muscle and BURN!!! #gymrat #gymshark #summerbody #repitout

  • Not growing or making progress? Yeah, it’s mainly due to your diet and food selection but a big determining factor is intensity. Half ass workouts ▶️Half ass results. Have a training partner? Utilize forced reps. Once you have hit failure, have your partner assist you in bringing the weight up, while you control the negative(eccentric) portion. Choose one exercise per workout and utilize this technique.
