  • Chest day everyday jk that decline dumbbell press is a game charger for the first chest exercise of the workout, followed by incline dumbbell presses, and ended with the fly chest machine higher reps of 15 per set, every single rep had a massive squeezed kept that pump and blood flowing, keep it simple all free weights and always end with burnouts, no dips this month, give them a break so next time we hit them they’ll give the muscle a good shocker, one tip I can give is never rush your press exercises, take your time and be patient, built strength and form, save the burnout for the end for a massive pump! @gonaturalathlete @gnastrong

  • I thought the hardest thing the last 5 months of multiply hospital visits was the “not knowing” but in hindsight ignorance is bliss 🤣 Unfortunately for me one of the biggest changes that will help me maintain the autoimmune disease is diet... which in all honestly didn’t overwhelm me until I discovered really how challenging this mandatory life change will be!   • Back at it for a new week and number 15 into this prep. Wrapping up the first session with some accessory movements like the lateral raise. In my experience, this is one of those movements that really never takes a lot of weight (relatively speaking). Such a common exercise but still often executed in a poor manner. Swinging around heavy dumbbells using just about everything but your delts to raise the dumbbell is not going to grow them.🤷‍️ Lighten the load, play around with 12-20 rep ranges and create crazy amounts of tension.
